1.  The Pre-Bid conference was called to order by BAC Chairman, Erlinda P. Perez at 9:00 a.m. of September 12, 2013 at the Barangay  Hall of Brgy. Palaca, Miagao, Iloilo.
2.  The roll call was dispensed with and there was a quorum.
3.  The BAC Chairman reviewed the materials.
4.  At 9:30 a.m. non-attendance of bidders.
5.  The Pre-Bid adjourned at 10:00 a.m. for non-attendance of bidders.
