The Responsible Gobyerno Team, headed by Mayor Richard Garin, is consistent in its effort to visit the barangays and extend financial assistance for their projects.
On June 28, 2024, the group visited Barangay Sapa to personally check on some potential projects for the barangay. Subsequently, the barangay received financial assistance for the Improvement/rehabilitation/completion of Manpower development center.

Mayor Richard Garin sat as presiding officer in a very lengthy discussion with the members of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, Municipal Peace and Order Council, and Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council on June 27, 2024.
Among the topics discussed were: peace and order situation, Internal Security Operations, updates on Community Based Rehabilitation Program and drug clearing validations, LDRRM Fund utilization, and various second-quarter activities of the Councils.
