In recognition of their significant contributions, Mayor Richard Garin expressed his sincere appreciation by organizing a special gathering for barangay secretaries and treasurers on October 19, 2024. This event was intended to honor their hard work and commitment to their communities.

During his message, Mayor Garin highlighted the essential roles these officials play in the effective delivery of services within the barangays.

Their dedication not only enhances local governance but also fosters a sense of community and support among Miagaowanons. The Mayor’s acknowledgment serves as a reminder of the importance of local leadership and the impact it has brought to Miagao.

 

Miagaowanon farmers will have their share of exposure in the weeklong Agro-Trade Fair in celebration of the 308th Foundation Anniversary and 26th Salakayan Festival.

The Agro-Trade Fair, organized by the Office of the Municipal Agriculturist, provides an opportunity to the barangays to exhibit their agricultural and industrial products.
