‘EARTHQUAKE DRILL’

The MDRRMC, headed by OIC MDRRMO Jayfel Conato, conducted an unannounced earthquake drill earlier today. The drill was actively participated in by employees and clients, who performed their drop, cover and hold one, and went out in open spaces.
For Mayor Richard Garin, the best time to prepare for disasters is now.

ANOTHER BATCH OF PERMITS AND LICENSES RELEASED

No less than Mayor Richard released the another batch of permits and licenses to Miagaowanon business owners.
According to Mayor Garin, this initiative allows him to talk to the people, inform them of the local governance, and know the needs and priorities of the Miagaowanons.

These selected employees, headed by DILG MLGOO Erwin Garque, are working on the formulation of the Peace and Order and Public Safety Plan of the Municipality.
As of the moment, they are identifying the Programs, Project, and Accomplishment for inclusion in the Plan.

Pre-Construction Conference open to all affected Miagaowanons

It was a no holds barred pre-construction conference with the Local Government Unit, the DPWH, and the contractor as they presented and answered queries and sentiments from the affected Miagaowanons.
The pre-construction conference conducted earlier today at the JRBB Hall was for the following projects:
1. construction of Miagao circumferential road;
2. construction of Miagao road; and
3. construction of Miagao shoreline protection/seawall including access road.
