It was a lengthy discussion for the members of the Municipal Peace and Order Council, Municipal Anti Drug Abuse Council and Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Council as they tackled pressing concerns on peace and order and security, anti-drug abuse and disaster management in a joint meeting earlier today.

In his message, Mayor Garin thanked the members for their dedication for service to the Miagaowanons.

ERPAT Forum is a collaborative effort of various agencies in celebration of National Women’s Month 2023. ERPAT or Empowerment and Reaffirmation of Paternal Abilities aims to engage fathers to become effective and responsive in carrying out their paternal roles.

Mr. Jayfel Conato and Ms. Ninfa Momblan presented to Mayor Richard Garin the check amounting to P5 million for the establishment of the Operation Center.

The check was received by VM Macario Napulan, who represented Mayor Garin, in a formal turnover ceremony at the Iloilo Provincial Capitol earlier today.
