OYUNGAN RESIDENTS OPEN UP BARANGAY PRIORITY PROJECTS WITH MAYOR RSG

The residents of Barangay Oyungan could be the luckiest today with the visit of Mayor Richard Garin in their barangay.
They took the opportunity to personally bring up their pressing concerns in their barangays to include the construction of temporary river control (gabion), and leveling of barangay roads, among others.
Mayor Garin responded positively to their request as he immediately requested for the DPWH to work on the gabion and for the request for the heavy equipment for the leveling of the barangay roads.

“Indi man mabudlay nga mag ayo kamo kay nakita ta mag ang inyo paghugpong sa administrasyon ni Mayor Richard Garin. Anytime kun may okasyon kamo imbitara lang kami kay naga libut man kami para magbisita kaninyo” – Mayor Richard Garin told the people of Barangay Cabangcalan in his visit earlier today.
During the visit, Mayor Garin personally handed over the check to PB Romeo Magbanua, Jr for the construction of the flood control project of the barangay.
 

“Indi kamo magpaluya kay bisan punta ron kamo ridya darhan namon kamo gihapon kang mga projects kag sa pira ka adlaw mahambal ninyo nga proud kamo kang barangay niyo.” Mayor Richard told the people of Barangay Tig-apog-apog in his visit to the barangay earlier today.
Mayor Garin visited the barangay as a gesture of gratitude to the people for their trust in his administration. He also left them with assistance for the Concreting of Brgy. footwalk.

BHWs PAINT THE ROAD YELLOW IN BHW CONGRESS

Some 2,500 Barangay Health Workers of the First Congressional District painted Miagao yellow as they lead to town for the First District BHW Congress today.
The Congress allows them to strengthen their bond while they get updates of the latest health concerns and issuances that are beneficial in their dispatch of official functions in the barangays.
BHWs provide healthcare services that meet the health needs of their constituents in their barangay.

AT LAST! CONSTRUCTION OF GUIBONGAN SHORELINE PROTECTION ON THE WAY

The residents of Barangay Guibongan were all excited about the start of the construction of shoreline protection in their area.
This, after the local government officials headed by Mayor Richard Garin, DPWH, contractor, and Barangay Guibongan residents convened in a pre-construction conference earlier today.
The project will pave way for the construction of the 285 lineal meters concrete shoreline protection structure on steel sheet piles including access road with a sidewalk, curb, gutter, and solar LED streetlights.
This was through the effort and funding of the Office of Congresswoman Janette L. Garin.

TODA PRESIDENTS SUPPORT NEW TRAFFIC SCHEME

The presidents and officers of the 14 Tricycle Owners and Drivers Association here gave their full support and cooperation to the local government for the implementation of the new traffic scheme in town.
The meeting today is one of the series of meetings initiated by Mayor Richard Garin himself in order for all stakeholders, in particular the transport groups, to be clarified by the provisions and revisions that will be imposed under the proposed new Traffic Code.
