The project for the construction of the access road from Barangay Pungtod Monteclaro to Barangay San Jose started on April 10, 2023. It is a construction of the 1.8 kilometers access road covers Barangays Pungtod Monteclaro, Taal, Bolocaue, Wayang, and San Jose leading to Mt. Napulak.
