The Municipal African Swine Task Force members here seized the hot meat products owned by a businessman in an operation conducted on November 10, 2023.
According to MEEO Slaughterhouse in-charge Mr. Albert Narte, the owner failed to present the required documents such as local Meat Inspection Certificate signed by NMIS R6, Licensed to Operate signed by BFAD, and business permit.

Two Miagaowanon centenarians received their cash gifts from the municipal local government in a turn-over at the Flag Raising ceremony earlier today.
They are Cristita Niguas of Barangay Igcabidio and Rosario Namo of Barangay San Fernando.
The check of P20,000.00 each was received by their representatives. This cash gift is in recognition of their long and substantial involvement in the development and prosperity of their community.
