TRAFFIC AIDES UNDERGO TRAINING

To enhance their skills and knowledge in traffic management, rules, and regulations, the MDRRMC organized a two-day refresher training for traffic aides and aspiring candidates.
Held on November 7 and 8, 2024, the training was facilitated by PSSg Jefferson Monsale and Engineer Antonio Quilantang. This initiative aims to equip participants with updated strategies and insights essential for effective traffic control and safety enforcement.

Mayor Richard Garin extended a warm welcome to the team of inspectors from the DILG, ARTA, and DICT during their visit to Miagao on November 6, 2024. This team conducted a thorough evaluation of the local government’s adherence to the Ease of Doing Business Law.

In his address, Mayor Garin expressed his support for such initiatives, emphasizing their importance in guiding the local government in fulfilling its duties and enhancing the services provided to the Miagaowanons. He acknowledged that these evaluations not only promote accountability but also foster improvements in local governance, ultimately benefiting the public.

LGU CONDUCTS TRAINING FOR ASPIRING RESPONDERS

The local government unit, in collaboration with the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), is hosting a refresher training course for aspiring responders.
Scheduled from November 4 to 8, 2024, this training is designed to identify and cultivate skilled individuals who will be appointed as responders for the LGU.
This training is being held every six months prior to the renewal of the contract of job order personnel.
