LGU HOLDS ONE-STOP SHOP

To provide ease in doing business with the local government, the Office of the Municipal Treasurer, in tandem with other offices here, established a one-stop shop for the renewal and payment of business permits and fees.
Starting on January 3, 2024, application and renewal of business permits may be accomplished at the JRBB Hall where offices vital in the process made their services available.
Among these offices are MTO, Licensing Unit, Bureau of Fire Protection, Miagao Police Station, Municipal Health Office, MENRO, among others.

‘Way forward’

Mayor Richard Garin convened all the department heads for the first executive conference for 2024 today, January 2, 2024, to discuss pressing and priority concerns to be done soonest.
Among these are the changes in the policies on garbage collection, budget for 2024, HR concerns and Salakayan Festival.

MAYOR RSG HONORS EMPLOYEES THROUGH FESTIVE CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION

Mayor Richard Garin honored the employees and made an effort to give them the extra special celebration of the Christmas Season.
On December 28th, on time for the Christmas Party and Year-End Assessment of the LGU, Mayor Garin surprised the employees with the special performance of Tekla and Ady, known comedians in the country.
He also sponsored the cash raffle worth P146,000.00 and ham for each employee.

The members of the Municipal Peace and Order Council, Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council, and Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council convened to what seems to be the last meeting for 2023.
The members discussed some pressing concerns in the implementation of the peace and order concerns of the Municipality.
