This event is a key feature of the Semana sang mga Konsehal, the annual celebration organized by the Philippine Councilors League.
Now in its fourth year, Kape at Imahinasyon aims to revisit and reimagine initiatives that will boost the productivity and effectiveness of SB members.

The new beneficiaries of the Lawa and Binhi Program, totaling 40, received an orientation from Mayor Richard Garin on September 5, 2024.
This group includes residents from Barangays Diday, Olango, Cabalaunan, and Dawog.
Commissioned by the Department of Social Welfare and Development, they will work on building small dam reservoirs and cultivating high-value crops.
The Lawa and Binhi Program aims to provide cash assistance to farmers and fisherfolk, enhancing water sufficiency and strengthening food security within the community.
