Palacios as Municipal Nutrition Action Officer received the Green Banner Award Seal of Compliance from the National Nutrition Council from ASEC. Azucema Dayanghirang MD in a ceremony held at Smallville 21 Hotel, Mandurriao, Iloilo earlier today.

The Regional Nutrition Awarding Ceremony (RNAC) is held annually to recognize and award local government units and nutrition workers who have excelled in managing and implementing nutrition programs throughout the previous year.
