ATM. Mayor Oscar “Richard” S. Garin, Jr meets with men and women of the General Services Office, which he hopes to be oriented with the responsibilities and functions of each employee. The GSO is the office in charge of the management of the local government’s physical resources.
Mayor Garin is joined by VM Macario Napulan and the members of the Sangguniang Bayan – Hon. Jun Carlu Napulan, Hon. Richard Esposo, Hon. Aaron Noble, Hon. Gemma Rei Nismal, Hon. Cezar Florece and Hon. Robert Galvez.

UPDATES I KALAHI CIDSS barangays get orientation on procurement process

Some 23 barangays with KALAHI CIDSS KKB Balik Probinsya, Bagong Pag-asa Program projects were assisted and oriented of the procurement process in a training initiated by the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office and the Bids and Awards Committee.
KALAHI CIDSS is a community driven development project in the Philippines primarily to empower to improve access to services and to participate in more inclusive local planning, budgeting, and implementation.

Engr. Paguntalan, on behalf of ILECO 1, expressed his support to the administration of Mayor Garin. For his part Col. Mead extended his invitation for the blessing of the Garinasium donated to them by Congresswoman Janette L. Garin, MD. Col Mead also thanked Mayor Garin for his support to the IPMFC.

This is just one of the series of assessment conferences with all local government employees to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to the Miagawanons.

The beneficiaries, to be identified by the punong barangays, will receive the amount of P5,000.00 as additional capital to their business that has been affected by the COVID 19 pandemic.
