“Let us maintain unity, regardless of our creed, regardless of our political affiliations, nag-imaw ka man kay Richard Garin ukon wara, regardless of your relegion, imaway kita for the good of Miagao National High School and for a better Miagao,” Mayor Oscar “Richard” S. Garin, Jr highlighted during his message before to the members of the Parents Teachers Association of Miagao during the General Assembly in the jam-packed JRBB Hall earlier today.
For Mayor Garin, it is the parent’s role to impart wisdom, while the teachers are there in school to impart knowledge.

Amo dya nga dapat kumbinar kita – responsableng guro, responsableng ginikanan and responsableng gobyerno – to achieve responsableng graduates and eventually responsableng citizen of Miagao,” he concluded.
