LSB ADDRESSES PRESSING EDUCATION CONCERNS

The members of the Local School Board chaired by Mayor Richard Garin convened today and addressed some pressing concerns on education.
In particular, the Board passed resolutions for the assistance to schools for the upcoming FCDSA Meet, P50,000.00 assistance to all schools, and the ALS Program among others.

“MASS PROMOTIONS”

Mayor Richard Garin treats human resources as an important asset in the organization. Today. 16 permanent employees, some of them have been with the local government for 16 years already, promoted to a higher level position.
This is one of the strategies of the current administration to allow regularization in municipal government positions.
“Ang ginvacate nga positions kang mga na promote will be advertised. It will be an opportunity for all. ,” Mayor Richard Garin said.

MIAGAO PRACTICES BOSS AT THE MUNICIPAL HALL

It is now a centralized location of services at the municipal building for all offices that has been involved in the renewal of permits and licenses.
The Business One-Stop-Shop (BOSS) arrangement has been implemented after Mayor Richard Garin requested for the Philippine National Police and Bureau of Fire Protection to be at the municipal hall for the period of the renewal of permits.
Other offices that joined the BOSS are MTO, MENRO, MHO and OMA.
