BARANGAY VISIT, BARANGAY DUROG

On October 18, 2024, Mayor Richard Garin and the Responsableng Gobyerno Team visited Barangay Durog to deliver financial assistance for the rehabilitation of foot-walk.
The team also provided the Real Property Tax share for the barangay, emphasizing the commitment to transparency and community engagement. This initiative fosters public involvement in governance and accountability among local officials.

BARANGAY VISIT, BARANGAY NAM-O NORTE

On October 17, 2024, the Responsableng Gobyerno Team, under the leadership of Mayor Richard Garin, made a visit to Barangay Nam-o Norte. This visit served a significant purpose: to personally deliver a check providing financial assistance for the development projects within the barangay.
In addition to the financial aid, the team also turned over the Real Property Tax share allocated to the barangay. This initiative is part of the Responsableng Gobyerno’s commitment to transparency and community engagement, ensuring that local residents are actively involved in governmental activities.
By keeping the public informed and participating, the program underscores its dedication to best practices in governance and fosters a culture of accountability among local officials.

ENHANCEMENT TRAINING ON KATARUNGANG PAMBARANGAY

On October 15, 2024, selected officials from 119 barangays participated in a one-day Enhancement Training on Katarungang Pambarangay held at the JRBB Hall.
Katarungang Pambarangay (KP) is a local justice system designed to facilitate the amicable resolution of disputes within barangays. This system promotes mediation, conciliation, and arbitration to settle conflicts among families or community members, thereby reducing the need for formal court proceedings.
The training was organized by the Local Government Unit (LGU), the Liga ng mga Barangay, and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG). This initiative underscores the commitment to strengthen community governance and enhance the capabilities of barangay officials in managing local disputes effectively.

VISIT TO BARANGAY LANUTAN

Mayor Richard Garin made another visit to Barangay Lanutan to connect with the residents and express his heartfelt appreciation for their steadfast support of the Responsableng Gobyerno.
During his visit, he proudly showcased the achievements secured over the last two years, emphasizing his motto, “Miagao pala’ng ta, progreso padayunan pa!”
Additionally, Barangay Lanutan has been granted financial assistance for the rehabilitation of their barangay road, along with their share of the Real Property Tax. This funding will significantly enhance the programs and projects benefiting the community.

MAYOR RSG BRINGS ASSISTANCE TO BARANGAY LACADON

On September 29th, they traveled to Barangay Lacadon to personally deliver the financial assistance to the barangay.
