Mayor Richard Garin led the pre-construction conference for the construction of Lumangan-Igpajo-Sag-on- Calagtangan-Naclub-Igdalaquit-Cabangcalan-Tigbagacay-Tig-apog-apog Road.
In his message, Mayor Richard Garin said that the project was their expression of sincere gratitude for the trust and support of the people to the Responsableng Gobyerno headed by Congresswoman Janette L. Garin.

Mayor Richard Garin joined in the first regular meeting of the new members of the Association of Punong Barangays here.
“Successful barangay governance is your responsibility,” he said.
Among the things that he presented to them was his plan for the barangays to handle the collection of garbage.
He also enjoined everyone in the celebration of Paskwa sa Banwa in December.
