The Cluster V Barangays, comprising Buenavista Norte, Tuguraao, Tig Apog-Apog, Tigbagacay, Igdalaquit, Cabangcalan, Naclub, Calagtangan, Sag-On, Igpajo, Diday, Bugtong Lumangan, and Lumangan, have successfully launched a four-day Community Disaster Preparedness and Capability Building event.
This initiative for Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council was held in Barangay Naclub starting June 27, 2024.
Participants received their Certificates of Completion from Mayor Richard Garin, marking their achievement in this intensive training program.

In his message, Mayor Garin emphasized that the visit was part of his commitment to quality public service and an expression of gratitude to the people for their unwavering support for him and the Responsableng Gobyerno Team.
Mayor Garin also extended financial assistance to the barangay for the improvement of Barangay Road.

On June 27, 2024, during the celebration of their Foundation Day, Mayor Richard Garin visited Barangay Mat-y to express his strong support for the affairs and programs of the barangay.
