Engr. Paguntalan, on behalf of ILECO 1, expressed his support to the administration of Mayor Garin. For his part Col. Mead extended his invitation for the blessing of the Garinasium donated to them by Congresswoman Janette L. Garin, MD. Col Mead also thanked Mayor Garin for his support to the IPMFC.

LOOK. Early morning blessing for these punong barangays and their constituents as the Department of Social Welfare and Development through Mayor Oscar “Richard” S. Garin, Jr gives out another sustainable livelihood to 182 beneficiaries from 21 barangays.
The beneficiaries, to be identified by the punong barangays, will receive the amount of P5,000.00 as additional capital to their business that has been affected by the COVID 19 pandemic.

LOOK. Department and Sections Heads gather before Mayor Oscar “Richard” Garin, Jr in what appears to be his first Executive Conference as Municipal Mayor.
It will then be a busy days for the heads of offices and employees as Mayor Garin laid his priority programs and projects on health, infrastructure, and livelihood.
“I will consider all of you as my advisers,” he said as he then requested them to orient him and the members of the Sangguniang Bayan of their plans and targets for their respective offices.
