‘TODA Consultation’

Mayor Oscar “Richard” S. Garin, Jr sits with the presidents of the tricycle owners and drivers associations in Miagao and attentively listens to the plights and concerns of this sector.
“Nalipay guid kami nga naka derekta kami ka estorya kanimo,” they collectively said as they brought up their long overdue assistance to drivers from the DILG. However, Mayor Garin, upon direct query with the office’ concern, said that the assistance is no longer possible.
With this, Mayor Garin said he will closely coordinate with Congresswoman Janette L. Garin for any possible assistance that may be extended to them.

‘Burial and Medical Assistance’

Assistance kept pouring for the Miagaowanons. Some 300 Miagaowanons received medical and burial assistance from the DSWD through Congresswoman Janette L. Garin.
For his part, Mayor Oscar “Richard” S. Garin, Jr has been consistent in his expression of gratitude to the good Congresswoman for her continued support to the Miagaowanons as he stressed that in fact there are even more projects and assistance that were downloaded directly to the barangays.

‘Miagao Municipal Hall gets facelift’

Making it pleasant and welcoming to guests and Miagaowanons, Mayor Oscar “Richard” S. Garin, Jr ordered for the facelift of the Municipal Hall.
At the moment, the Office of the GSO is working on the removal of Christmas lights and repainting of the building.

Blessings have been pouring for the people of Miagao. Today, some 19 barangays will be beneficiaries of the medical assistance from the DSWD through the facilitation of Congresswoman Janette L. Garin.
