Mayor Oscar “Richard” S. Garin, Jr showed his support to motor and car enthusiasts has he shared light moments with them during the Motorshow and Carshow and Busking earlier today at the Municipal Plaza and Grounds.
It was a jampacked show organized by SB Gemma Rei Nismal. The event exhibited current motorcycle models and latest motoring technologies. Again, Mayor Garin thanked everyone for their support to all of the events lined-up relative to the celebration of Hablon Festival.

On Opening of Agri Trade Fair: Mayor RSG assures support to SMEs, farmer coops and associations

Mayor Oscar “Richard” S. Garin, Jr placed a smile in every exhibitors face as he expressed his support to micro, small, medium entrepreneurs.
“Ang tanan nga nagparticipate doon tulad. Micro, small, medium entrepreneurs and cooperatives and associations buligan ria nmon with DTI and the local government unit, amo ria ang kinahanglan nga buligan para mapaduayun ang inyo operation,” Mayor Garin said during the Opening of the AgroTrade Fair relative to the celebration of Hablon Fiesta Festival 2022.
Located at the right side of the municipal building grounds, the product display will run until September 23, 2022. The AgroTrade fair has been part of the annual celebration of Hablon and Salakayan Festivals. It showcases the different agricultural products, fishery based, bamboo and hablon products from small, micro, and medium entrepreneurs in Miagao.

UPDATES I Miagao gets 3M capitalization for farmer coops and associations

Officials from the Agribusiness and Marketing Divisionm (AMAD) of the Department of Agriculture here brought good news to the Miagaowanons through Mayor Oscar “Richard” S. Garin, Jr.
In their courtesy visit to Mayor Garin, AMAD staff headed by Ms. Ma Teresa Solis said that Miagao was identified as one of the recipients of the Enhanced KADIWA ni Ani at Kita Financial Assistance Grant Program amounting to P3-million.
The assistance aims to capacitate the farmers and fisher folks cooperatives and associations to become reliable and efficient food commodity suppliers through the operation and management of KADIWA market and stores.
