MIAGAO, Iloilo – No less than Congresswoman Janette L. Garin and Mayor Richard Garin led the turn-over ceremony of the 14th Garinasium in Miagao to Miranda Elementary School earlier today.
This, according to Mayor Garin, is the result of the collaboration in the municipality and all throughout the district through Congresswoman Janette L. Garin.
โThis is the result of our collaborative efforts all throughout the municipality and the first district. Amo ra nga kita doon maninguha man kita to be united in Miagao, because we can never attain any success if we do not have that united efforts,โ Mayor Garin concluded.
On top of this, Mayor Garin said that there are on-going construction of Garinasiums in Oyungan and Baraclayan and an additional three more will arise in Tigmarabo, Dalije and La Consolacion Elementary Schools.

As per instruction of the Mayor Richard Garin, these will be distributed to the barangay officials of Barangay Oyungan for the consumption of the volunteers manning the checkpoint at Oyungan Bridge and to the affected families of Typhoon Paeng.

Mayor Richard Garin personally handed over the cheque amounting to P10,000.00 to the representative of the senior citizens who reached the age of 90-99 years old.
Mayor Garin said that the local government has allocated such amount to augment to their expenses on food and medicines, among others.
These senior citizens are: Caridad Nonato, Adela Factorin, Antonia Mata, and Lucila Alagar.
