The construction of the access road from Barangay Pungtod Monteclaro to Barangay San Jose will commence on April 10, 2023, right after the observance of the Holy Week.
This was the response of the contractor, Engr. Lyndon Lataquin of Patrila Builders Inc. on the request of Mayor Richard Garin to commence the construction of the project as soon as possible during the pre-construction conference held at Barangay San Jose on April 3, 2023.
The construction of the 1.8 kilometers access road covers Barangays Pungtod Monteclaro, Taal, Bolocaue, Wayang and San Jose leading to Mt. Napulak.
The project is through the initiative of Congresswoman Janette L. Garin.

The Bids and Awards Committee conducted the bidding for the Concreting of Farm to Market Road – Barangay Pudpud on April 3, 2023.
The construction will commence after the issuance of the Notice of Award to the winning bidder – ABRIGHT Builders Corporation.
