The MHO, headed by Dr. Rhea Palacios, received direct instruction from Congresswoman Doc Nanay Janette Garin through her daughter, Ms. Rica Jane Garin, during the meeting on July 2, 2024.
In her message, Ms. Garin invited all the Miagaowanons to avail of the free services, such as laboratory examinations, consultations, and medicines, among others.
