The Miagao iFilm Workshop owes its success to the collaborative efforts of our esteemed Mayor Richard “Oscar” S. Garin, who has consistently shown commitment and support for Miagao iFilm, along with the Miagao Tourism Office, the Miagao iFilm Directors, and the organization’s President, Mylamarie Nievares.

The Miagao iFilm Workshop was held on August 24–25 at the ISAT U Miagao Hostel and continued on August 26 at Garin Farm in San Joaquin.

Its effectiveness was evident as it successfully provided participants with new insights and opportunities to enhance their filmmaking abilities.

Renowned filmmakers contributed to the workshop: Direk Arden Rod Condez led the directing sessions, Margarette Heba Garcia focused on scriptwriting, Manie Magbanua took charge of cinematography, Kenneth Dela Cruz managed editing, and Kyle Fermindoza oversaw production design. At Garin Farm, participants also had the chance to strengthen and deepen their connections with one another through enjoyable activities.
