The call for unity and partnership between the State, local government, and the Church resonated in Mayor Richard Garin’s speech at the opening of the Hablon Festival 2024, following the Opening Mass yesterday, September 17, 2024.
The jam-packed Miagao Church served as the setting for the ceremonial declaration of the festival’s launch.
The event drew a crowd of LGU officials and employees, Miagao Salakayan Incorporated officers, national government representatives, barangay officials, and key members of various organizations from Miagao, among others.
