Mayor Richard Garin expressed his support to the delegates of Miagao in the First Congressional District Sports Association Meet by leading the group during its opening in the Municipality of San Joaquin on February 15, 2024.
In his message, Mayor Garin thanked the Department of Education for allowing the local government units to participate in the sports and cultural competition of the Department.
“We are here also to support DepEd’s cultural program kay ang inyo cliente mga kasimanwa man namon,” he said.
DISCIPLINE IS LOVE
Mayor Garin highlighted that discipline is a form of love and that this event is also preparing the students for their future.
“Discipline is love. Kun ginadisiplina kamo tungod palangga kamo. This also preparing you sa future ninyo. Learn to accept defeat and be humble in your victory,” he concluded.
