Fifteen individuals with disabilities from Miagao received wheelchairs as Christmas gifts from Congresswoman Doc Nanay Jenette Garin and Mayor Richard Garin this holiday season.
In his message, Mayor Garin emphasized the ongoing commitment to uplift the spirits of persons with disabilities. He expressed hope that the wheelchairs would empower them to navigate their daily lives with greater ease and independence, just like any other individuals.
