In an effort to attract more businesses and ensure the protection of clients and citizens conducting business in Miagao, Mayor Richard Garin sent all department heads and employees to a two-day seminar workshop on RA 11032, also known as the Anti-Red Tape Act, at the ISAT U Hostel on April 25 and 26, 2024.
In his message, Mayor Garin stated that he hopes to establish an efficient system that will provide ease for citizens when conducting business with the local government.
“We should be consistent in our roles as department heads, representing the mayor. Your performance reflects the mayor,” he emphasized.
He also expressed gratitude to the speakers, Atty. Charry Mae Valenzuela and Mrs. Josephine Venus Castillo of the Anti-Red Tape Authority, for guiding the local government on how to enhance the ease of doing business for its citizens.
