“We have to conduct pre-construction conference even on small projects for the people to be aware of the projects in their area,” Mayor Richard Garin said during the executive conference on May 8, 2023.
According to Mayor Garin this is to avoid further complaints received from the barangays on undelivered items, incomplete delivery, payment without actual delivery, among others on projects implemented by the local government in the past years.
“We are implementing measures para indi dya matabu liwat,” Mayor Garin said.
