Mayor Richard Garin leads the wreath laying ceremony at the monument of Dr. Jose Rizal as part of the celebration of the 125th Philippine Independence.

Mayor Garin was joined by the members of the academe, LGU officials and department heads, national government employees, among others.

This year’s celebration banners the theme “Kalayaan, Kinabukasan, Kasaysayan”.
