Mayor Richard Garin led the profiling activity of all child laborers and children at risk, totaling 187 from 21 identified barangays, at the SK Covered Court on April 17, 2024.
At the end of the activity, concerned individuals from the MLGU and DOLE will design relevant programs and activities for these vulnerable groups.
In his message, Mayor Garin said that the local government, in partnership with the Office of Congresswoman Doc Nanay Janette Garin, is focused on eradicating child labor through various livelihood programs and projects.
