Mayor Richard Garin spearheaded the Responsabelng Gobyerno initiative, aiming to uplift and strengthen our barangays.
On November 12, 2024, the Team visited Barangay Mabayan to present a check for the completion of the barangay hall and to distribute the community’s share of the Real Property Tax.
In his address, Mayor Garin conveyed heartfelt appreciation to the residents for their unwavering support of his administration, championing the motto “Miagao Palangga Ta, Progreso Padayunon Pa.”
