No less than Mayor Oscar βRichardβ S. Garin personally handed it to the beneficiaries from Barangays Tabunacan, Dingle, and Ubos Ilaya. These beneficiaries were identified by the Municipal Health Office as beneficiaries of the program to achieve and sustain zero open defecation in Miagao.
They were also given cement to supplement it.
