MINUTES OF PRE-PROCUREMENT CONFERENCE
- The pre-procurement conference for the Supply and Delivery of Various Materials and Supplies for the Construction of Additional Backstage Extension – JRBB Hall, Miagao, Iloilo and Medicines for use of the Municipal Health Office was called to order at 4:15 p.m. of February 15, 2012 at the Conference Room of the Municipal Building.
BAC Vice Chairman Atty. Carmelo N. Nochete presided the meeting. The roll was called and declared a quorum.
Engr. Diosdado F. Facon, Requesting Officer read and discussed the specification in the Purchase Request for the Supply and Delivery of Various Materials and Supplies for the Construction of Additional Backstage Extension – JRBB Hall, Miagao, Iloilo.
