In an effort to keep everyone, including himself, informed about the status of the office and its achievements, Mayor Richard convened all department heads for a conference on February 17, 2025.
The agenda included the distribution of special instructions, a review of accomplishments, and updates on employee status.
Mayor Garin schedules executive conferences as needed, independent of barangay visits or special meetings.
