On December 3, 2024, the evaluating team of the Seal of Good Local Governance in the Barangay Responsableng Gobyerno commenced its search for exemplary barangay officials through a pilot evaluation.
The evaluators journeyed to Barangay Valencia and Gines, aiming to identify the Best Performing Punong Barangay, Barangay Kagawad, Treasurer, Secretary, Barangay Service Point Officer, Barangay Health Worker, Best Child Development Center Worker, Barangay Nutrition Scholar, and Outstanding Tanod (both individual and group categories), among others.
Winners will be honored during the Liga ng mga Barangay Day in February, coinciding with the Salakayan Festival 2025.
