goes through basic conservation emanating from last May 7-9, 2024 technical-workshop for capacity-building for unreinforced stone masonry structures in consonance with the initiative of the Local Government Unit of Miagao under the administration of Hon. Oscar “Richard” S. Garin, Jr. in collaboration with the Miagao Parish Team Ministry under the orders of Rev. Fr. Cirilo C. Camus, Rev. Fr. Kenneth Ezpeleta & Rev. Fr. Melvin Martin M. Daquilanea to preserve the Santo Tomas de Villanueva Parish Church, one of the four Baroque Churches of the Philippines that possesses an Outstanding Universal Value a UNESCO World Heritage Site. 
Through a series, day to day of conservation and restoration by 45 neighboring Barangays headed by Hon. Marlou R. Niones, LIGA President undertaken for Sto. Tomas De Villanueva Parish, “Miagao Church World Heritage Site”, this hopefully ensures regular monitoring and maintenance of its state
