The Responsible Gobyerno Team, headed by Mayor Richard Garin, is consistent in its effort to visit the barangays and extend financial assistance for their projects.

On June 28, 2024, the group visited Barangay Sapa to personally check on some potential projects for the barangay.

Subsequently, the barangay received financial assistance for the Improvement/rehabilitation/completion of Manpower development center.
