No less than Mayor Richard Garin personally delivered the goods to some 200 bedridden Miagaowanons as part of the celebration of Oca Garin (Kindness) Day on January 22, 2024.
Ocar Garin day is celebrated every 22nd of January as per Provincial Ordinance 2022-265 of the Sangguninag Panlalawigan of Iloilo.
