The local government, headed by Mayor Richard Garin, has become instrumental in bridging an even closer relationship between the two universities through a one-night affair of fun for everyone.
Headed by Chancellor Dr. Clement Camposano of the UPV and University President Dr. Gabriel Salistre of the ISAT-U, the affair was designed to revisit friendship and establish collaborative goals and efforts in education.
