Provincial Director Carmelo Orbista, CESO personally handed over the check amounting to P100,000.00 to Mayor Richard Garin, earlier today.
The amount form part of the incentives received by the local government as Anti-Drug Abuse Council National Awardee for FY 2021.
Mayor Garin also shared the success with VM Macario Napulan who was the Mayor in 2021.
